LongForza allows for the coating of various pipes including drill pipes, drill collars, tubing, casing and line pipes etc. within the range of ø P 60.3-219mm (2.4- 8.6in) and length 6-13m (20-43ft). The annual capacity is 550,000 square meters.

1. LongForza manufactures and sells API drill pipes with steel grade ranging from E75 to S135 and outside diameter ranging from 2-3/8” to 5-1/2” ,high torque drill pipe with Double Shoulder Tool Joint, and BNK C95S, C105S and C120S drill pipe with special steel for sulfur-containing oil well.
2. The production facility and manufacturing process are from NKK Japan. It’s designed annual capacity is 16,800 tons.
3. The company was granted the right to use API monogram in MaY,1997 and IS09000 certificate in December, 1997.
4. The product is mainly for the drilling of ultra-deep well, horizontal well and extended reach well.
